Enter a different place name in the box on the left to search for more events. Please ensure you type a valid postcode or the name of a town, city or other well-populated location. We'll try to match this to towns and places in the UK that we know about, giving you a list of events and their distance from that place.

Why were events found only in York and the surrounding areas?

Launched in October 2008, Up and Doing is the new way to find events and things to do in your local area. We've started small but we're adding new locations and events every day: shortly we'll also fully open the website so that you can sign up and add your own events, venues and photos to Up and Doing! It will be 100% FREE to add listings so keep checking back.

PLEASE NOTE: Events are listed on this website by and on behalf of independent organisers and promoters. As such, events are not necessarily affiliated to or endorsed by Up and Doing and may not be administered, managed, organised or promoted by the person who has listed the event. We cannot guarantee that the information is accurate and recommend that you always seek to contact the venue directly to confirm full details of any event. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on, use or misuse of, the information on this website. We reserve the right to edit or remove any content from our website without notice or reason.
